Abstract
We examine the single and pair production of scalar leptoquarks (S) in pp and p¯p collisions. The signals and backgrounds for leptoquark production are discussed. We find that the discovery limits for pair production are ≃40 GeV at the CERN collider, 120 GeV at the Fermilab Tevatron, and 1.7 TeV at the proposed Superconducting Super Collider. The limits in the case of single S production are found to be model dependent.
