Abstract
A comparison of experimental and theoretical surface tensions leads to a correlation between homogeneous fluid parameters and the inhomogeneous influence parameter c. From this correlation, it is possible to predict, to within excellent agreement with experiment, the surface tensions of normal alkanes and alcohols from bulk data only. This publication has 7 references indexed in Scilit:
