Photolumineszenz und Radiothermolumineszenz an CaWO4 - und CaWO4 :Pb-Einkristallen / Photoluminescence and Radiothermoluminescence of CaWO4- and CaWO4: Pb single crystals

Abstract

Luminescence spectra, absorption spectra, thermoluminescence, and thermally stimulated conductivity after irradiation with X-rays of CaWO₄ - and CaWO₄ : Pb single crystals were investigated in the temperature range from 4,2 to 300 K. The relations between thermoluminescence and luminescence properties are discussed.
