Abstract
In 1851 Macquart described two new species of the Dipterous genus Cyrtoneura from Tasmania, under the names of Cyrt. longicornis and Cyrt. analis, both species being very different from all others of the same genus inhaving hairy eyes and the first species also owing to its very long third antennal joint. Keywords
