Abstract
The authors report the first demonstration of all-optical ultrafast single bit packet routing. Photonic packets after ultrafast all-optical address recognition at 250 Gbit/s were self-routed using an all-optical ultrafast routing switch. The bit error rate was < 10-9.Keywords
