Abstract
By use of hydrazinolytic procedure the carboxy-terminal amino acids of crystalline Taka-amylase A were identified as serine, glycine and alanine. Since the enzyme possesses alanine as an amino-terminal amino acid, the following structure has been proposed: [image].This publication has 7 references indexed in Scilit:
