Abstract
A 38-year-old man with persistent left superior vena cava associated with the absence of the hepatic portion of inferior vena cava was reported. Angiography revealed the enlargement of the coronary sinus. In this respect the correlation between the enlarged coronary sinus and a history of precordial palpitation was suggested. Keywords
