Abstract
The over-all synthesis of isoleucine from pyruvate and [alpha]-keto-butyrate occurs in the presence of the membrane fraction of disrupted cells of S. typhimurium, and not in the supernatant soluble fraction.This publication has 14 references indexed in Scilit:
