Abstract
Two cases of renal cell carcinoma with solitary contralateral adrenal metastasis are reported. Such a presentation of hypernephroma is rare, with only 3 such cases having been found in the literature, none of which was diagnosed correctly preoperatively. These 2 patients are alive with no evidence of disease 20 and 24 mo., respectively, after radical nephrectomy and contralateral adrenalectomy. This publication has 13 references indexed in Scilit:
