Abstract
THE interrelations of several uncommon diseases in an individual patient may be obscure and speculative when considered in the isolated case. When others recall and report similar cases significant associations may be noted, and useful generalizations drawn. In this presentation of the first published report of carcinoma of the thyroid gland in a patient with Cushing's disease complicated by systemic cryptococcosis, it is hoped that others may be stimulated to report similar cases.Case ReportA 19-year-old woman (U.H.
