Ferrite System for Application at Lower Microwave Frequencies

Abstract
The ferrimagnetic system (LiFe)1−0.5a−0.5xZnxFe2a−yTi1−aAlyO4 is found to form a single-phase solid solution for the investigated values 0≤a≤l , 0≤x≤0.1 , and 0≤y≤0.l5 . For approximately 0.2≤a≤0.4 , the system exhibits relatively high Curie temperatures and properties compatible with the requirements of ferrites for utilization in nonresonant devices at the lower microwave frequencies.
