Control of Aquatic Weeds

Abstract
As irrigation becomes more widespread, following the recognition that lack of water is all too often the principal factor limiting crop growth, new problems arise in the changed environment and old ones loom large. Not least are those concerned with various aspects of the growth and control of water weeds, the subject of the present article. The outlook for aquatic herbicides is promising: local successes may well foreshadow a general advance.
