Abstract
It is shown that the temperature behavior of the resistivity of TTF-TCNQ, both in pure and highly irradiated samples, can be explained quantitatively by taking explicit account of the lack of equilibration of the libron modes and of the phonon modes. The analysis demonstrates the presence of unique phonon-drag and libron-drag effects. Keywords
