Abstract
Serum is injected directly on a polymeric PRP-1 (5 μm) column for pentobarbital assay and eluted with 12% acetonitrile in 15 mmol/L phosphate buffer, pH 11.8. The pentobarbital peak is well separated from other endogenous substances and common drugs in the serum. This publication has 7 references indexed in Scilit:
