Abstract
Differential and density-gradient centrifugation studies have estaiblished an associatiotn between allaintoinase and peroxisomes from the liver of the frog Rana pipiens. The presence of allantoincase in the peroxisome indicates. a iricolytic function for this orgainelle in the liver of amphibians. Keywords
