Abstract
Measurements of the Hall and drift mobilities are reported for mixtures of n‐pentane and neopentane up to 30% n‐pentane and for the temperature range 20–150 °C. Under these conditions the Hall mobility is approximately equal to the drift mobility. The results suggest that the electron remains quasifree. Changes in the mobility are attributed to enhanced scattering of quasifree electrons. Keywords
