New approach to the simultaneous determination of pollutants in waste waters by flow injection analysis. Part A. Anionic pollutants

Abstract
A general manifold employing reversed flow injection analysis is proposed for the simultaneous determination of at least three polluting species in waste waters. The appropriate in-series configuration with two injection valves allows the insertion of the specific reagents for the photometric determination of each species at different points in the water stream. This scheme has been satisfactorily applied to the determination and monitoring of two groups of anionic pollutants.
