Abstract
Direct antibody-hapten binding measurements were carried out with the use of a hapten-selective membrane electrode. Potentiometric titrations of rabbit antibody to the hapten trimethylphenylammonium ion demonstrate the speed and convenience of the new method for the determination of binding equilibria. Average intrinsic binding constants obtained agree well with those measured by equilibrium dialysis techniques. Keywords
