Abstract
Fecal studies were made on patients having had either vagotomy or gastrojejunostomy on both. In patients subjected to both, fecal fat increased significantly. The incidence of steatorrhea was 43%. In patients with either single operation, there was nosignificant change in fecal fat excretion. Keywords
