Abstract
Clinical and biochemical hormonal changes observed in a 27-year-old man with Cushing''s syndrome treated by implantation of the pituitary with yttrium90 are reported. Eight months after implantation a complete clinical regression of the syndrome was obtained. Hormonal determinations indicated relative adrenal insufficiency, whereas thyroidal and gonadal functions were normal.
