Abstract
Radial keratotomy using only central pachymetry has shown to provide adequate depth of incisions and good clinical result. There were no anterior chamber perforations and achieved depth factor was 95%. A nomogram used by the authors is presented. The technique is easy to perform and may be done in a nonsterile technique preoperatively. Keywords
