Abstract
Summary Tonsils have been grown in tissue culture. The culture consists of 80% small lymphocytes, 10% large lymphocytes and 10% a mixture of other cells. It has been found that human gamma globulin stimulates the growth of these cultures whereas human serum albumin, bovine serum albumin and ovalbumin have no effect. Keywords
