Abstract
A method of growing single crystals of PbZr x Ti1-x O3 from apure PbO flux is described. The method is based on a knowledge of the PbO-TiO2 and PbO-ZrO2 phase diagrams and can be used to grow small crystals of predictable composition. Dielectric, optical and X-ray measurements are used to characterize the crystals.Keywords
