Abstract
Correlation-function exponents and appropriate to the free-surface problem have been obtained by renormalization-group calculation to order . By using the scaling relations and , expansions for and are obtained. These expansions are in agreement with the surface scaling relation , but disagree with the relation due to Bray and Moore.
