Abstract
Reversed phase column chromatography on RPC[reversed phase chromatography]-5 resin was used to fractionate milligram quantities of [phage .lambda.plac] DNA fragments generated by [Escherichia coli EcoRI, Haemophilus aegyptius HaeIII, and H. influenzae HindII and HindIII] restriction endonucleases. Fractionation was on the basis of size, the presence or absence of sticky ends and at least 1 as yet undetermined property. This publication has 20 references indexed in Scilit:
