Karyological Differences between two Species of Grasshopper GenusAcrotylus(Acrididae: Oedipodinae)

Abstract
The karyotypes of two species of grasshopper genus Acrotylus differ for the relative size of principally four chromosomes. C-banding differences between both species indicate that changes in both the heterochromatin content and the euchromatin content have occurred in the karyotypic evolution of these species.
