Abstract
Analysis of available data on mitosis in the chick embryo indicates that the interkinetic time tends on the avg. to be a more stable quantity than either the mitotic index or the duration. Some consideration to this factor should be given before the mitotic index can be taken as a reliable measure of proliferative rate. This publication has 4 references indexed in Scilit:
