Abstract
Laying hens were fed 2,4‐D, a herbicide, at a rate equivalent to 50 and 150 mg/kg diet from age 28 to 48 weeks. No adverse effects of the treatments were observed upon rate of egg production, egg or yolk weight, egg shell thickness, hatchability or growth rate of the progeny. Keywords
