Abstract
Elastic and inelastic cross sections in He+-He collisions in the energy range 500-3000 ev have been measured. A detailed discussion is given of the various scattering processes which occur. Particular attention is given to the excitation of the He(2s, 2p 1P) autoionizing level. Keywords
