Abstract
G-6-P D [glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase] enzyme activities were compared in lysates from GdA and GdB Nigerian healthy males. G-6-P D B showed a higher mean activity. An analysis of the enzyme activity variation has been performed; the relative amount of variation associated with this polymorphism is about 8%. A comparison was made with other genetic polymorphisms. This publication has 18 references indexed in Scilit:
