Core Polarization and Exchange Current Effects on Time Component of Axial Vector Current in A = 12 System

Abstract

Effects of core polarization and exchange current on the time component of axial vector current are studied for the beta decay in the A = 12 system. Both effects are considerably large and have the different signs each other. The sum of these two effects is small in conformity with the experimental data.
