Measurement of the Magnetic Moment of theΛ0Hyperon

Abstract

A measurement of the magnetic moment of the ${\Lambda }^0$ hyperon has been done by the spin precession technique in a 200-kG pulsed magnetic field. The result is that ${\mu }_{\Lambda }=0.0\mathrm{}\pm 0.6$ nuclear magneton.
