Abstract
A method for the design of parabolic trough collectors for different environments (economic, technical, geographic) with different constraints and set or objective, it presented This method, in addition to the usual performance related parameters, has Options to include and process qualitative and/or quantitative intimation about the technology level of the environment and type of application, thereby, enabling the designer to cope with change in an efficient manner. Keywords
