Abstract
There are several experiments involving photon interactions with nucleons or nuclei which are in apparent disagreement with the usual predictions of the vector-meson-dominance model. We present a tentative analysis of these experiments in terms of additional mass dependences arising from the vector-meson amplitudes. Keywords
