Abstract
An investigation of the helminth parasites of microtine rodents of Alaska and n. Canada has been carried on for 3 yrs. A total of 2078 rodents of 26 spp. and subspecies was examined. 28 spp. of helminths were considered, of which Paranoplocephala lemmi and Andrya arctica (type locality for both Point Barrow, Alaska), were described. Taenia crassiceps was recorded for the first time from N. America. Taxonomic discussions are included for each species considered.
