Abstract
Measures of catecholamine excretion were obtained from 40 Ss during 2 contrasting inactivity conditions, one of which was characterized by anticipation and uncertainty, the other by relaxation. Adrenaline excretion was significantly higher during anticipation than during relaxation (p < 0.001).Keywords
