Abstract
Five to 30[mu]g. of vit. B12 administered to rabbits treated with Rose Bengal u.-v. prevented the prompt increase in coproporphyrinuria previously reported in these animals. Similar results were obtained with 5-45 mg. of folic acid. Doses of 50-300 mg. of nicotinamide resulted in only partial reduction of the coproporphyrinuria. Keywords
