Molar excess volumes of binary n-alcohol systems at 25 °C

Abstract

A dilatometer suitable for measuring small changes in volume associated with the mixing of liquids is described. The apparatus was used to measure the excess volumes of 11 binary n-alcohol systems at 25 °C.
