Ultrasonically-guided Liver Biopsy

Abstract
A method is described of fine-needle aspiration biopsy of liver metastases under direct guidance by ultrasonic scanning. Comparing the results with this technique and those with liver biopsy by Menghini's method in 18 cases, we found that it was more accurate than the usual blind method.Keywords
