Gamma Radiation from the ReactionC13(p, γ)N14

Abstract

The capture radiation from ${\mathrm{C}}^{13}(p, \gamma ){\mathrm{N}}^{14}$ has been investigated and found to show cascade transitions which involve bound levels in ${\mathrm{N}}^{14}$ at 2.31, 3.95, 5.09, 5.81, 6.26, and 6.44 Mev in addition to the resonance levels at 8.06, 8.62, 8.70, 8.90, 8.98, 9.17, and 9.49 Mev.
