Abstract
Membranes were prepared from rabbit polymorphonuclear leukocyte azurophil and specific granules separated by zonal differential centrifugation. The two types of granule membranes were quite similar in ultrastructural appearance, but they showed distinct differences in cholesterol-phospholipid ratios and in protein components demonstrable in polyacrylamide gels. Keywords
