Transmission through a cascade of 10 all-optical interferometric wavelength converter spans at 10 Gbit/s

Abstract
The authors demonstrate experimentally for the first time that all-optical wavelength converters can be cascaded with very good performance. Using integrated interferometric converters, 10 converter spans of 50 km each have been cascaded at 10 Gbit/s.
