Abstract
Methods and calculations for increasing the sensitivity of different types of gas analysis manometers, Warburg, etc., by the use of reservoirs of increased diameter on the capillary arms and gas bubbles in the capillary tubes below the reservoirs. Magnification of readings is also increased by the use of unequal capillaries (diam. 0.25 mm and 2 mm) or by inverting third arm from the Warburg open reservoir arm* to dip into an open reservoir all filled with manometric fluid. The advantages of the one arm "parodox" free manometer are also described.
