Abstract
Hormonal studies in 4 cases of lactation following thoracoplasty on non-pregnant multiparous female patients revealed values vithin the normal range for urinary follicle-stimulating hormone, urinary chorionic gonadotropin and urinary 17-ketosteroids. An explanation of the mechanism of lactation following thoracic urgery is suggested.Keywords
