Primary pontine hemorrhage and the dysarthria‐clumsy hand syndrome

Abstract

The dysarthria-clumsy hand syndrome is attributed to a lacunar infarct in the medial pons. A 68-year-old man with this syndrome had CT evidence of a small hemorrhage. The site of lesion, not the cause, produces the syndrome.
