Abstract
Summary The urinary mucopolysaccharide excretion of a family with the sex-linked form of gargoylism has been quantitatively studied, using several methods. The results indicate that neither carriers nor unaffected siblings excrete significantly higher than normal quantities of total acid mucopolysaccharides. Keywords
