Abstract
Since the first sulfur‐nitrogen‐fluorine compounds were synthesized 25 years ago[2], great progress has been made in this field of covalent fluorine chemistry[3–9]. The two small molecules thiazyl fluoride (NSF) and thiazyl trifluoride (NSF3), are key substances; nearly all sulfur‐nitrogen‐fluorine compounds can be derived from them.
