Abstract
An analysis of complement activity has been performed on serum samples from 41,083 recruited young men (year of birth 1944). Sera from 14 people (0.03%) showed a persistent lack of complement activity. C''4 was always involved in this deficiency, frequently also the C''2, but rarely the C''1.Keywords
