Abstract
This report describes a well documented case of Chlamydia trachomatis pneumonia in a child delivered by cesarean section. The case indicates that infants delivered by cesarean section are still at risk of developing chlamydial infection. Various routes of infection are discussed, with a review of chlamydial disease in infants born by cesarean section. Keywords
