Abstract
The equipment for high frequency levitation evaporation is described. This technique is successfully applied to evaporation of small quantities of Al, Ag, Ti, Co, Fe, Cu, and U. A small amount of starting material is needed and at least 50% of the evaporated metal may be recovered easily. Keywords
